Investigation Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct thorough and impartial investigations into various matters, ensuring a fair and timely resolution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement policies and procedures for investigating whistleblower complaints.
  • Manage the receipt, response, and tracking of whistleblower cases while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with relevant functions within the organization to ensure investigations are conducted in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate investigation reports to guarantee their adequacy and comprehensiveness, requesting re-investigations if necessary.
  • Develop and maintain agendas, participate in discussions, finalize minutes, and track action points for the Whistleblower Executive Committee meetings.
  • Participate in Anti-Corruption Bureau meetings, presenting whistleblower cases, developing agendas, finalizing minutes, and following up on action points.
  • Ensure actions from investigation reports are completed promptly.
  • Perform additional duties within the Internal Audit department as required by experience and organizational needs.
