Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Abuse Case Investigator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and addressing cases of abuse on our platform.

The Abuse Case Investigator will work closely with our technical and product teams to review dashboards and data, identify policy breaches, and notify clients of the issue. They will also work to resolve any queries or concerns from clients, and collaborate with internal teams to address complex problems.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mind, and a keen eye for detail. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Daily Tasks:
  • Email clients to inform them of policy breaches
  • Work with internal teams to resolve client queries
  • Collaborate with technical teams to improve processes
  • Publish monthly reports to stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 0-1 years in Customer Service or similar capacity, preferably on an IT platform
