Job Title: Quality Team Lead

  • Lead a team of quality analysts to achieve operational goals and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with data creation teams to implement best practices in mapping operations and identify opportunities for process improvements.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in quality management frameworks, processes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of data quality policies and validation rules to monitor day-to-day activities and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and industry best practices.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement and optimize quality performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide actionable feedback to team members to drive individual performance improvement and enhance overall quality results.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree is required.
  • Certifications in quality management such as Six Sigma are highly desirable.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Quality supervisory role or 2 years of experience in Quality Analyst role.
