Job Title: Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high product quality.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Performing automation testing efforts to ensure high product quality
  • Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and DevOps to ensure alignment on quality goals
  • Identifying and covering edge cases early in the lifecycle
  • Improving CI/CD pipeline integration and coverage
  • Proactively identifying quality risks and owning mitigation planning
  • Leading root cause analyses of production issues and driving systemic improvements
  • Reporting key quality metrics to stakeholders
  • Championing continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and test architecture
  • Participating in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release retrospectives
  • Promoting a strong customer-first quality mindset across engineering

The qualifications for this role include:

  • Proficient with automation (80-90% of day in/out)
  • Solid Selenium/Playwright experience
  • Proficient with Python/Java
  • Jenkins or any other CI/CD
  • Experience in API Automation
