We are seeking a seasoned General Manager with strong business acumen to lead our regional growth initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of critical business objectives, including product launches, process improvements, and vendor management.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Governance: Ensure compliance with internal processes across all teams, driving operational efficiency and service quality.
- Conduct regular governance audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement controls to mitigate risks and ensure seamless operations.
- Risk Management: Monitor and resolve potential governance risks, maintaining financial stability and high-quality service delivery.
- Audit Readiness & Compliance: Maintain accurate project documentation in audit-ready format.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive governance excellence and provide timely reporting on key performance metrics.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 6-7 years of experience in interior fit-out business, managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and ability to articulate complex business requirements.
- Structured thought process, adaptability, and determination to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
