Financial Operations Specialist

As a finance professional, you will play a critical role in the success of our ventures by providing financial insights and support to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage financial records, including accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Prepare management information reports (MIS) and profit and loss statements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for ventures.
- Ensure compliance with taxation regulations and statutory filings.
- Assist in audits, financial documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with business teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce or equivalent professional qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounts, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, financial models).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
