Job Title: Senior Client Support Specialist

The successful candidate will provide support to the global Client Services teams on various day-to-day Client Service functions, including Annual Reviews, CCD Validation and Management, Deal Document management, and Regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the requirement for accurate records maintenance and timely completion of Annual Client reviews working closely with the Client Service Teams.
  • Collaborate with the Offboarding teams to actively process client offboarding due to termination of transaction.
  • Monitor and update Key Operating Documents as required.
  • Produce reports for various risk and oversight councils.
  • Contribute to standardization, process improvements, and reengineering efforts for centralized functions.
Requirements:
  • Desired background: MBA with experience in Financial Services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience conducting and driving meetings with senior stakeholders and global teams.
  • Able to adapt to changing work priorities and tasks with a high workload, manage independently, and plan work to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, data discrepancy identification, and problem-solving skills.
