Accounts Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Manager to join our team at R W Promotions Pvt Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have fair knowledge and experience in tender bidding for securing service contracts business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively monitoring tender opportunities and advising on participation decisions
  • Ensuring deadlines and progress are met, and overseeing the progress of tender projects
  • Contributing by writing tender texts, building a text library, and ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately and on time

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's entire tender process, including filing and application of tenders, reviewing tender documents, and preparing pre-qualification bids.

A strong understanding of financial statements, financial reporting, and analysis is essential. The ability to understand and maintain accurate documentation for tax compliance, invoicing, and audit purposes is also required.

Eligibility criteria include 3-4 years' experience preferred in tender processing, with skills and requirements including knowledge and experience in tender business, experience in using portals such as GeM and mahatender, and fluency in Marathi and English communication.

This is a challenging role that requires attention to detail, ability to work with strict deadlines, and excellent communication skills.
