
Key Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to clients across various domains, including billing, sales, and logistics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
- Billing: Responsible for managing all billing activities in accordance with E-Invoicing rules.
- Sales Support: Provides assistance to the sales team during their absence and handles customer queries on GST, e-waybill, and insurance.
- Customer Coordination: Oversees dispatch schedules, delivery timelines, and updates, ensuring timely sharing of invoices, payment details, and required documents.
- Sales & Finance: Issues Proforma Invoices and follows up on payments, handles PDCs, and supports finance with reconciliation.
- Warehouse & Dispatch: Sends approved invoices for dispatch and coordinates sample dispatch and maintains logs.
- CHA & Customs: Liaises with CHA for import/export clearance and shares required documents, tracks, and updates clearance status.
- Head Office: Requests stock, confirms inventory, and handles urgent escalations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- 5-10 years of experience in customer support and GST invoicing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
