Conversational AI Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Conversational AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our conversational AI team, you will be responsible for designing and developing conversational interfaces using Google Cloud Dialogflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Conversational Interfaces: You will be working on creating engaging conversational experiences that meet the needs of our users.
  • Integrate with Various Channels: You will integrate our conversational interfaces with various channels such as messaging platforms, voice assistants, and web applications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement conversational solutions that meet business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Google Cloud Dialogflow ES/CX.
    • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning concepts.
    • Expertise in programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.
    • Hands-on experience with webhook development, API integration, and cloud platforms.
    • Familiarity with tools like Google Cloud Functions, Postman, and version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with Cloud-Based Technologies: You should have hands-on experience with cloud-based technologies for building conversational interfaces.
