Conversational AI Engineer Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Conversational AI Engineer to join our team and help us deliver exceptional client experiences.

Job Description:

As a Conversational AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying conversational interfaces that meet our high standards of quality and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain conversational flows that are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate conversational interfaces with existing systems and platforms.
  • Design and implement conversational UI/UX that is user-friendly and accessible.
  • Test and refine conversational interfaces to ensure they meet performance and reliability standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in conversational AI and incorporate best practices into our work.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in conversational AI, automation, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in conversational flow creation, including design, development, and deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of webhooks, JSON, HTTP requests, APIs, and integrations.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Make.com and/or n8n.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Evidence of completed projects demonstrating real-world conversational AI applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an hourly engagement model.
  • Fluent English communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience integrating with CRMs, booking platforms, or call management systems.
  • Familiarity with other AI platforms for a broader perspective.
