Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Conversational AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining conversational interfaces for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with natural language processing (NLP) technologies, including DialogFlow, Alexa, Converse.ai, and Microsoft Bot Framework.

You will work closely with our business partners to define requirements for system applications and ensure that the developed solutions meet their needs.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have strong written communication skills and be able to learn latest technologies quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop conversational interfaces using NLP technologies
  • Maintain and improve existing conversational interfaces
  • Work closely with business partners to define requirements and ensure solution delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest NLP technologies and tools

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies
  • DialogFlow, Alexa, Converse.ai, Microsoft Bot Framework
  • Programming languages such as Python, JavaScript or Node.js

Soft Skills:

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to learn latest technologies quickly
  • Good problem-solving ability
