  • About the Role:
  • Create robust and engaging user experiences by designing and developing conversational interfaces using Google Dialogflow ES/CX.
  • Leverage strong natural language processing (NLP) and artificial intelligence (AI) concepts to improve overall user satisfaction.
  • Write efficient code in programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.
  • Integrate webhooks and APIs to enhance application functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy cloud-based solutions on platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies, including Google Cloud Functions, Postman, and version control systems like Git.

You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the development of innovative conversational interfaces.

Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow ES/CX.
  • Strong understanding of NLP, AI, and machine learning concepts.
  • Proficient in programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.
  • Experience with webhook development and API integration.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure).
