Product Designer – Conversion-Focused Interfaces

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) | Type: FTC 6 months, potential to extend
Were looking for a Product Designer to join our fast-paced B2C team and focus on improving user journeys and conversion funnels. Youll collaborate with growth, product, and design teams to deliver high-impact, user-centric experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user flows for onboarding, checkout, and key product touchpoints.
- Use A/B testing and behavioral data to refine UI/UX and increase engagement.
- Build wireframes, visual mocks, and interaction specs using Figma.
- Collaborate with engineers and PMs to ship polished, performance-driven features.
- Conduct design QA, accessibility audits, and cross-device testing.
Requirements
- 35 years of product design experience on web and mobile B2C applications.
- Deep understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and conversion psychology.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI polish, layout mastery, and business impact.
- Experience working with design systems and agile product teams.
