Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors;
• Manage reception area, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries appropriately;
• Handle courier, mail, and document coordination;
• Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor logs;
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment;
• Provide administrative support to management when required;
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries;
• Divert sales leads to relevant stakeholders and maintain customer relationships;
• Assist in sending brochures to potential clients;
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and agreements;
• Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client and sales information.
