Job Title:

Head of Omnichannel Distribution

As the Head of Omnichannel Distribution, you will be responsible for leading our distribution strategy across multiple channels. You will need to develop and implement a comprehensive plan that drives growth, profitability, and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute the distribution strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, retailers, and distributors
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform distribution decisions
  • Manage the distribution network, ensuring efficient and effective supply chain operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of distribution plans
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize distribution operations

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in distribution or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing distribution strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Influencing skills, analytical and commercial ability, effective relationship management skills and proven ability to function within a matrix organization
