Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle (PDLC), including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.">
  • Coordinate with distributed teams to ensure efficient execution.">
  • Drive Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, reviews/demos, and backlog grooming.">
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.">
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.">
  • Champion software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams.">
  • Foster communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design.">
  • Leverage working knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions, support decision-making, and unblock development teams.">

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
