Job Title: Digital Manufacturing System Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled leader to head our digital manufacturing system initiative. The successful candidate will lead diagnostics, baseline KPIs, and prioritize value across multiple plants and value streams.

  • Lead Diagnostics: Develop and implement end-to-end diagnostics processes to identify areas of improvement and drive cost reduction.
  • Cost-Out Programs: Design and deliver cost-out programs to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and increase productivity.
  • Industry 4.0 Roadmaps: Shape industry 4.0 roadmaps and run pilots through scale with measurable EBITDA impact.
  • Business Cases: Build business cases and benefit-tracking models to present to CXO/Board and drive change on the shop floor.
  • Multi-Workstream Programs: Orchestrate multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and manage consulting teams and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Superior knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with experience communicating to virtual teams and senior leadership.
