
Senior HR Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or experienced professionals who are passionate about human resources and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
This role involves overseeing the entire human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance management.
- Recruitment: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Onboarding to Separation: Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees including documentation, induction, and orientation. Support exit formalities and maintain full and final settlement records.
- Compliance Management: Ensure employee records, contracts, and policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Assist in maintaining statutory compliance data (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Employee Engagement: Participate in organizing employee activities, celebrations, feedback sessions, and engagement programs. Collect and share employee feedback to enhance workplace culture.
- Attendance & Timesheet Management: Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and timesheets. Follow up with teams for timely updates and corrections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Bonus Points:
- Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in HRM would be a plus.
- Previous experience in HR roles is desirable.
