As a skilled Visual Design Expert, you will create captivating visual designs and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Graphics & UI/UX Designer. This is a full-time role requiring night shift hours aligned with US time zones, ideal for creative professionals who can merge aesthetics with functionality to deliver world-class digital experiences.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering visually compelling designs and interfaces that align with brand identity while ensuring usability and conversion optimization.

  • Create engaging graphic designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral.
  • Design websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate interaction and design ideas.

User Experience Focus

  • Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping to inform design decisions.
  • Apply best practices in UI/UX design to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.

Branding and Consistency

  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
  • Ensure design consistency across marketing campaigns, websites, and applications.
  • Innovate with fresh ideas to strengthen brand identity in global markets.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer and/or UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design + web/app UI/UX projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Knowledge of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Understanding of UX research methods, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours (mandatory).
