We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team. Your work will directly impact how millions of students perceive and interact with our brand across platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design Impactful Visuals: Create modern, eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that maximize click-through rate (CTR).
  • Brand Presence: Design engaging graphics for in-app banners, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.
  • Creative Storytelling: Develop infographics, illustrations, and layouts that support educational content and enhance learning experiences.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align visuals with brand goals and campaign needs.
  • Trend Alignment: Stay updated with YouTube, Instagram, and ed-tech visual trends to ensure our designs remain fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in visual/graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools.
  • Strong grasp of color theory, typography, layout design, and storytelling through visuals.
  • Understanding of digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, apps) and how visuals impact engagement and retention.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory. Prior experience designing YouTube thumbnails is a strong advantage.
