What You'll Do

We're looking for a Visual Designer who can translate ideas into visuals that are clear, intentional, and rooted in strong design principles.

You will be responsible for creating visual elements, motion graphics, short videos, and micro-interactions using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.

Key responsibilities include: turning ideas into clear and usable visuals, creating brand guidelines across all outputs, designing for events and print, working with marketing on campaigns and social media, collaborating with UX/UI designers on visual elements and mockups, and creating case studies to showcase product and engineering work.

  • Create visually appealing and effective designs that meet the needs of our target audience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand's visual identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to life.

What You Need To Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator, or other design tools that help you bring ideas to life.
  • A portfolio that showcases your range and ability to create compelling visual content.
  • The ability to take abstract ideas and turn them into clear and actionable plans.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows.
