Job Title: Visual Design Expert

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of visual design principles and the ability to apply them across various mediums, including digital and print materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, presentations, email communications, and event graphics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design strategy with business goals.
  • Elevate brand identity through consistent and scalable design solutions.
  • Design engaging infographics and visuals that simplify complex technical information.
  • Optimize assets for multiple platforms while adhering to best practices.
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality production and execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices in tech branding and marketing.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the technology sector or B2B environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital, print, branding, and marketing design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & PowerPoint; experience with Figma, motion graphics (After Effects), and HTML is beneficial.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, iterative environment while collaborating across teams.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into creative solutions.
