Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist">

At the core of this role lies a multitude of responsibilities aimed at fostering exceptional employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract preparation in support of Junior HR Advisor, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Sending contracts with annexes to employees, while collaborating closely with Junior HR Advisor.
  • Receipt and processing of documents for physical files and electronic record-keeping in support of Junior HR Advisor.
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files.
  • Preparation and compilation of employment-related legal documents.
  • Supporting time and attendance management, including tracking absences and timesheets.
  • Undertaking additional administrative tasks related to employee experience.
  • Preparing and dispatching annual increase status letters.
  • Collaborating with Finance and IT departments as necessary.
  • Supporting HR Operations lead and Junior HR in maintaining and updating Microsoft Dynamics with Employee data.
  • Coordinating reports with Senior HR Analyst -iCRC - HR, Central Europe.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information effectively.
  • Experience working with HR software, such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
