Linux Support Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Linux support engineer to join our team.

  • Job Description:
  • Provide second-level support for Linux in a mission-critical banking environment.
  • E nsure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements.
  • Operate under ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem/Knowledge).
  • Maintain high availability, performance, and security; participate in DR/BCP drills.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in Linux support, preferably in a banking environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Linux Virtual, RHEL, CentOS, Debian GNU, FreeBSD, and Ubuntu.
  • Familiarity with non-x86 Linux platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex incidents.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
