Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Linux professional to join our team. As a seasoned Linux systems administrator, you will be responsible for managing complex Linux operating systems, providing top-notch technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide exceptional technical support to ensure seamless system operations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in Linux administration.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Linux systems administrator or equivalent education or training.
  • Extensive knowledge of Linux operating systems, including RedHat 6/7/8 and CentOS.
  • Strong understanding of Unix/Linux administration, including file permissions, system tuning, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Education:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience and relevant certifications.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ticketing systems.
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications, such as RHCSA, RHCE, and CCENT.
  • Experience with cloud administration platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
