Leadership Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a centre leader located in Rajahmundry.

  • Manage staff effectively to drive operational excellence.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to foster partnerships and collaborations.
  • Monitor progress and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards to ensure quality education.
  • Enhance the employability of trainees through effective skill development initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and team management skills, as well as operational planning and coordination skills. They should also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, knowledge of vocational training and skill development, and proficiency in monitoring and evaluation. A Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or related field is required. Experience working with vocational training programs or similar initiatives is an asset.
