Talent and Capability Leader

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a highly skilled Talent and Capability Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for driving training needs assessments, designing and rolling out cluster-specific and national capability-building initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Learning and Development (L&D) and employee engagement, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field, is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Training Needs Assessment and design cluster-specific capability-building initiatives.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Cluster Learning Teams to execute Talent Management initiatives.
- Design and deliver cluster-specific onboarding induction practices.
- Enable the Development and Acquisition of Competencies (DAC) process and create internal talent pipelines.
- Design and execute local engagement initiatives and employee engagement programs.
Requirements:
- Relevant prior experience in L&D and employee engagement.
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights.
- Sound people engagement skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Must have technical or professional qualifications (PGDM/MBA HR is preferred).
