Job Brief:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Appointment Scheduler. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to establish qualified meetings with decision makers.

  • Identify key decision-making authorities for our product or service utilizing online tools
  • Develop targeted emails tailored to specific needs
  • Foster communication with decision-makers via phone or email, introducing our solution
  • Schedule appointments at a mutually agreeable time
  • Closed successful meetings either virtually or in-person

The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of prior experience in online research and customer outreach. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

A willingness to work from an office setting (Monday to Friday) and alternate Saturdays is required. Candidates must be available to start within 2 weeks and commit to meeting targets.
