Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with Municipal authorities, Ward offices, SRA, Government, and Semi-Government Local Bodies.
- Ensuring timely approval processes through liaisoning with external architects & consultants.
- Preparing project budgets, estimates, and compliance lists.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering departments, site teams, and Legal teams.
