We are seeking a seasoned Planner and Scheduler to spearhead the optimization of our production processes.

This role demands exceptional expertise in Computer Science, Electronics, Operational Research, Production Planning, and Software Engineering, coupled with at least 6+ years of experience in Advanced Planning & Scheduling.

A successful candidate will be able to manage teams effectively, possess superior abstraction and analytical skills, and have experience designing and executing projects and implementations for clients.

The position requires proficiency in implementing optimizers, Agile project methodologies such as Scrum, and frameworks like SAFe. Furthermore, expertise in workforce management and APS software is essential. Experience with PSI Metals software is a significant plus.

The ideal candidate must exhibit a customer-oriented, result-driven, and proactive attitude. Strong communication skills in English are also mandatory.
