  • Job Description:
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet sales and operational requirements.
  • Forecast raw material, packaging, and labor needs based on sales trends and inventory levels.
  • Monitor capacity planning to avoid bottlenecks and optimize throughput.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in production planning, material and inventory management, and ERP-based reporting, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and MIS reporting tools.
