Merchandising Fashion Internship Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm in managing relationships with designers and multi-designer stores while also contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand portfolio. This role requires a balance of creativity, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Coordinate merchandise flow and business operations.
  • Ensure timely deliveries, product visibility, and brand positioning across partner stores.

Business Growth & Brand Development:

  • Drive sales growth for existing brands by developing merchandising strategies.
  • Track performance and provide actionable insights to maximize sell-through.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand recall.

Onboarding & Partnerships:

  • Identify and onboard new designers that align with the company's vision.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with new and existing partners.
  • Develop long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in fashion merchandising. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and a keen eye for fashion trends.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
