Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel within and outside Mumbai for project implementation and stakeholder engagement, embracing opportunities for innovation and impact.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as nonprofit management or public administration.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in non-profit program management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, community-focused mindset and empathy, with a passion for empowering communities through transformative change.
