About the Role:

  • Job Overview
    • We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a STEM Faculty Member. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, content development, research, school visits, and documentation.
  • Teaching Responsibilities
    • The faculty member will design and deliver high-quality workshops and courses for teachers in STEM fields using progressive pedagogical and adult learning methodologies.
  • Content Development
    • The faculty member will develop a detailed program framework, teaching plan, and workshop modules based on a thorough background study of relevant national and international reference materials.
    • They will also strengthen the Resource Centre by developing subject-specific resource materials including teacher manuals, interactive models, TLM, reference material, assessment tools, etc.
  • Research and Development
    • The faculty member will develop research-based specialized content and instructions to achieve workshop goals and objectives.
    • They will conceptualize, design, and conduct research/s on a regular basis, exploring the latest methodologies, resources, and approaches in the field of education and their expertise area.
  • School Visits and Direct Intervention
    • The faculty member will regularly observe classroom sessions at various schools to understand the impact of the programs.
    • They will also plan and provide on-site support to selected teachers in schools in their respective subject areas.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • The faculty member will document and report the progress on allocated tasks.
