Job Title: Subject Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Subject Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large number of Subject Expert panels and working closely with other Subject Admin as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality questions banks for assessments.
  • Create content - MCQs in English, Hindi, and other languages.
  • Manage question bank structure & design; set quality standards for writing & review in respective domains.
  • Track inventory and maintain optimum levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects.
  • Manage SMEs: define selection criteria and strategy; monitor performance quality; train and develop SME pools in different domains/subjects.
  • Coordinate test development activities with SMEs and internal stakeholders.
  • Support Lead Subject Admin in delivering projects and fulfilling organizational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Subject competency in school subjects till 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
  • Broad understanding of education system of the country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards.
  • Experience in education sector related to assessment & evaluation - test designs/blueprints, question development.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken).
