Job Title: AI Development Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished AI Development Specialist to join our team in developing a cutting-edge application for UI interface integration with LLM APIs. This role involves implementing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, enabling accurate, reliable, and contextual responses using generative AI and curated datasets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop RAG-based workflows to enhance data understanding.
  • Integrate LLMs (like GPT, LLaMA) with vector databases and retrieval systems.
  • Preprocess documents, research papers, and datasets.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to fine-tune AI models.
  • Build prototypes and proof-of-concept apps demonstrating Gen AI-powered query resolution.
  • Evaluate and test AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and safety.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Solid understanding of Gen AI concepts and LLM architectures.
  • Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector embeddings, and tools like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
  • Programming knowledge in Python and experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Awareness of ethical considerations and data sensitivity.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
