About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced legal professional to draft, structure and negotiate agreements that align with business objectives.
  • This role involves providing high-quality legal advice and support to internal stakeholders, as well as working with external parties to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.

A law degree (LL.B. / LL.M.) is mandatory for this position, and experience in statutory compliances, litigation and intellectual property law would be advantageous.

We require a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and drafting skills who can influence across all levels of the business and maintain high professional ethics, integrity and gravitas.
