Senior Legal Manager

The role of the Senior Legal Manager involves leading and managing the legal function across all projects and business verticals.
This includes advising senior management on legal risks, strategies, and compliance matters, as well as coordinating with leadership and project heads for legal clearances and updates.
Key responsibilities also include handling and supervising all legal proceedings, drafting and reviewing legal notices and contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance with applicable laws.
In addition, the Senior Legal Manager will identify legal risks and implement mitigation strategies, provide legal risk assessments for new projects, land acquisitions, and partnerships, and guide and manage the internal legal team and coordinate with external counsel.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in law (LLB) and at least 15 years of experience in real estate legal matters, including both litigation and advisory. Strong understanding of real estate laws, land acquisition, contracts, and dispute resolution is also required.
