The role involves handling cases across courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial bodies, drafting pleadings, coordinating with internal teams and external counsels, and representing the company in legal proceedings.

Key Requirements :

  • LL.B from a reputed institution
  • 6+ years of experience in litigation
  • Strong knowledge of procedural laws
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Experience in consumer/life insurance litigation is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
