Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Operations Director to lead our security operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and monitoring security tools, as well as incident response and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cybersecurity Operations Management: Develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies to protect our organization from cyber threats.
  • Security Tool Implementation and Monitoring: Implement and monitor security tools such as DLP, EDR, SIEM, MFA, VMDR, WAF, PAM, Micro-segmentation etc.
  • Incident Response and Management: Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards, including ISO 27001:2022 Standard.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Cybersecurity: Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with a focus on threat detection, incident response and security tool implementation.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Experience with security tools such as DLP, EDR, SIEM, MFA, VMDR, WAF, PAM, Micro-segmentation etc.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
