Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at Vinsys It Services (I) Ltd. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating high-quality sales leads and closing deals in a quick sales cycle environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
- Closing sales and achieving monthly targets
Requirements:
- Prior experience in B2B sales from the training industry
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Good negotiation skills
