Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and resourceful Client Servicing Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will play a pivotal role in bringing campaigns and events to life with excellence.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and execution of deliverables.
  • Support the end-to-end management of projects, campaigns, and events, driving success through meticulous planning and execution.
  • Assist in handling client meetings and communications with professionalism and clarity, fostering strong relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and to a high standard, demonstrating exceptional teamwork.
  • Manage social media accounts for clients – ensuring consistent, on-brand content and timely updates, boosting engagement and conversions.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to increase awareness, drive engagement, and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Bring innovative ideas and strategies to enhance clients' digital and offline presence, elevating their status as coveted symbols.
  • Coordinate with vendors and production teams for event-related requirements, ensuring smooth logistics and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing, or events (agency experience is highly valued).
  • Strong understanding of event management and/or production is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident, articulate, and client-friendly.
  • Comfortable with field work and attending in-person meetings within the designated area.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving results.
