Overseas MBBS Counselling and Admissions Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in overseas MBBS counselling and admissions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record in team handling and operations management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of counsellors and admissions executives to achieve departmental targets.
  • Oversee the entire admissions cycle, including student counselling, university shortlisting, application processing, documentation, visa guidance, and onboarding.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with international partner universities, ensuring compliance with admission requirements and timelines.
  • Monitor and enhance the quality of counselling services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to improve conversions and reduce application drop-offs.
  • Track and evaluate team performance metrics; conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and training interventions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Address escalations from students and parents promptly, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in overseas education counselling, student recruitment, or MBBS abroad advisory services.
  • Proven experience in team handling and operations management.
  • In-depth knowledge of international medical education systems, particularly in Russia and Kazakhstan, along with familiarity with visa and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
