We are seeking a seasoned transition specialist to lead end-to-end transitions for varied functions within the Property & Casualty domain.

  • The ideal candidate will have 16+ years of IT project management experience, focusing on non-financial and administrative functions, application, and infrastructure delivery, and migration.
  • They should have a proven track record of managing mid to large-scale migration projects successfully.
  • Proficiency in using MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
  • Data analysis, process flow mapping, and documentation knowledge is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple transition projects through strong project management principles, delivering projects within timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across global delivery centers.
  • Establish robust governance, track deliverables, and report status to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and report project risks and mitigation plans.
  • Capture learning and best practices, ensuring reinforcement in subsequent projects.
  • Deliver training to internal managers on our transition methodology and approach.
