Job Opportunity

Sycamore Informatics is seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technology, Linux, and automation scripting. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining procedures and infrastructure to support SaaS operations.

  • Create and execute automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
  • Maintain and improve existing infrastructure and procedures
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership to the SaaS Operations Production Operations teams
  • Implement cloud operations goals and deliverables as determined by Sycamore Leadership
  • Ensure smooth operations of Sycamore SaaS products

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of customer implementations, including SLA and SLO
  • Automate, enhance, and maintain critical processes in Cloud Operations
  • Drive critical processes in SaaS Operations, such as Change Control, Problem & Incident Management, and Reporting
  • Contribute to process improvements and technical improvements that lead to increased stability and reliability

Required Skills:

  • 15+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud operations
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, automation scripting, and cloud technologies
  • Experience with Kubernetes, helm Charts, Terraform, Ansible, and Windows Terminal Services
  • Certifications in RHEL, Kubernetes, and AWS
