Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce MC Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust marketing solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Designing and implementing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  2. Configuring and customizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet specific business needs.
  3. Developing and maintaining complex SQL queries and data-driven automation processes.
  4. Integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems using APIs and custom integration methods.
  5. Building AMP Scripts and creating email templates using data from data extensions.
  6. Monitoring and troubleshooting marketing automation processes to ensure optimal system performance.
  7. Conducting quality assurance testing to validate campaign accuracy and functionality.
  8. Creating reports and dashboards to measure campaign KPIs.
  9. Performing root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Certification like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or equivalent.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and customization.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and experience in developing complex queries.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs and integration methods.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
