Our team seeks a Client Servicing Executive to manage and nurture client relationships, translating briefs into actionable items and handling client engagements with professionalism.
The ideal candidate will effectively communicate brand requirements internally, manage operational job requirements, and disseminate information as the brand custodian.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate client briefs into specific tasks for different departments.
- Handle client engagements with the client team.
- Articulate brand requirements and communicate them internally.
- Manage operational job requirements.
- Minute meetings clearly.
- Follow up with internal teams for job delivery according to committed timelines.
- Disseminate information internally as the brand custodian.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Client Servicing Executive or Client Service Representative.
- Prior experience working in an agency is essential.
- Previous experience working with BFSI/Fintech clients is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Good time management and organizational skills are necessary.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are expected.
- A deadline-driven and highly motivated individual is required.
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations is essential.
