Job Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design solutions that meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create detailed mechanical component drawings and 3D models, as well as bills of material, in accordance with ISO 9004:2015 standards.
  2. Develop assembly and part drawings, as well as 3D models, for new product development projects.
  3. Manage and maintain bills of material (BOMs) to ensure adherence to ISO documents.
  4. Modify existing designs based on manufacturing and sourcing team requirements.
  5. Design and develop new products through reverse engineering activities.
  6. Analyze cost comparisons with other brands and perform MOC analysis.
  7. Establish and implement design standards and procedures.
  8. Presentation and reporting of technical information.
  9. Manage and work on ISO 9001:2015 related design documents.
  10. Train production, assembly, and quality assurance personnel on approved manufacturing, test, and inspection procedures.
  11. Resolve process and product-related issues to support the manufacturing and sourcing teams.
  12. Address customer complaints in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Auto Cad 2D and Solid works/Siemens NX (Unigraphics)
  • Familiarity with MS Office
  • Degree qualifications: Diploma, CIPET, or BE Mechanical Engineering
