Job Title: Senior Designer

Our team is seeking a talented Junior Architect to contribute to the planning and preparation of approval drawings for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed designs for residential and commercial projects
  • Assist in developing design concepts and schemes-
  • Collaborate with senior architects to ensure design quality and consistency
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
  • Assist in preparing and submitting permit applications-

Midlevel Architect Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of approval drawings for residential and commercial projects
  • Develop design concepts and schemes, and present to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with senior architects to ensure design quality and consistency
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and preferences
  • Prepare and submit permit applications, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 0 to 4 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and practices
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
